See an issue? Suggest ways of dealing with it? Write a “white paper’ to show your thinking. c. Float ideas and proposals in written format. Get feedback from others. If they give you ideas thank them in writing. 3) Changing careers a. Determine your skills and abilities apart from your job or title. What are you good at? b. Find new ways to use them in another context. Think of your skills as portable.
